Klaas Reinders Neef was born on 10 June 1771 in Nieuwehorne. 
He was christened in Oudehorne on 30 June 1771.  He died on 16 March 1838 in house No. 8 in
Jubbega.  On 20 March 1795 he married in Schurega with Vrouwkjen Jans. Vrouwkjen was born
1 February 1769 in Hoornsterzwaag, daughter of Jan Everts and Wiebigjen Jans.

children:
1. Trijntje, b. Steggerda 25 October 1796.   She was christened
    there on 13 November 1796.  She died on 20 July 1874.  She married on 16 February 1817 
    with Evert Hessels Hoekstra.
2. Wijbegjen, b. Hoornsterzwaag 26 February 1800.   She was
    christened in Oudehorne on 9 March 1800.  She died  30 December 1872.  She married on 
    14 May 1820 with Jan Jans Bergsma.
3. Jan, b. Hoornsterzwaag 2 December 1802.  Christened  Oudehorne on 12 December 1802.  
    He died 14 March 1855.
4. Lummigjen, b. Hoornsterzwaag 15 August 1806.   She was     
    christened in Oudehorne on 21 August 1806.  She died on 13 January 1871.  She married on     
    12 May 1833 with  Jouke Roels de Boer.
5. Reinder, b. Jubbega-Schurega 3 June 1815.  He died on 
    9 March 1892.  He married on 17 July 1853 with Antje Hendricks de Jong.
